About the Author
Domeena Renshaw, MD, was born in South Africa, where she obtained
her medical degree. She did her psychiatric residency in the United States and
joined the faculty of the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago.
In July 1972, she founded the Loyola Sex Therapy Clinic, which
she continues to direct today. Since that time she has helped more than twenty-five
hundred couples overcome sexual difficulties. She has published widely in medical
journals and is a consultant to the American Medical Association. Dr. Renshaw
lives in a suburb of Chicago.
